We are proud to announce the construction of our 70-acre energy park in Virudhunagar. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to be future-proof and will cater to all bio energy needs, including Bio CNG, Bio Ethanol, Methanol, Biomass, and Hydrogen production. Once completed, the energy park will stand as a testament to our commitment to innovation and sustainability, providing cutting-edge solutions for a greener tomorrow.

VISIONARY FOUNDERS

Varadarajan Jothi

With a B.Tech in Textile Technology and an MBA in Marketing, he has over 15 years of experience in the petroleum and oil sector. A certified professional in Carbon Footprint, Six Sigma, IATF, and Business Excellence, he is also a CII Business Excellence Assessor. As the founder of Reglo Industries (2022), he scaled the company into a ₹400 Cr biofuel aggregation leader, expanding into bioethanol and Bio-CNG manufacturing. His work has been recognized by the GST Commissionerate, SME Chamber of India, Bio Energy Forum, and other prestigious bodies.

Santosh Kumar AV

An IIT Delhi alumnus with 10+ years of experience in large-scale energy infrastructure across the Middle East, Santosh is a technology-driven entrepreneur shaping the future of energy. He founded Kayilan 5G Energy to drive innovation in BioCNG, Bioethanol, Green Hydrogen, and Biomass, leading the development of future-ready green energy assets across India with scalable, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions that support energy security, decarbonization goals, and long-term economic growth.

Advanced Biofuel Production

We are investing in the development of advanced biofuels, including second and third-generation biofuels. These biofuels are derived from non-food biomass sources, such as agricultural residues, algae, and waste materials. Our R&D efforts focus on enhancing the efficiency and yield of these biofuels to make them more economically viable and environmentally friendly.

Carbon Capture and Utilization

To mitigate the environmental impact of our operations, we are developing carbon capture and utilization (CCU) technologies.
